We offer NCR Aloha POS Software support and on-going software maintenance.

After we have assessed your Aloha POS Software either via a telephone conversation or via remote login, we can offer you a support agreement that provides expert on-going support that can assist in rectifying software issues in a timely manner. The Aloha POS Software support agreement renews each 12 months, at which point you can decide if you want to continue ie. there is no on-going obligation after the initial 12 months.

We do not offer once-off or on-demand Aloha POS Softwrae technical support.

Access POS was established over 35 years ago in Sydney, Australia although the family history goes back almost one hundred (100) years as the current owner is a third generation family member within the Cash Register and Point of Sale Industry. The first generation imported a brand called "Gross" cash registers from the United Kingdom and distributed them around Australia. The second generation imported from the then Japanese manufacturing powerhouse, Aster Cash Registers. The current generation develops Point of Sale Software, usually abbreviated to POS Software, and supplies cash registers and POS Systems throughout Australia.
