Access POS is very pleased to have been selected by Roncut Hardware and Building Materials Supplies to install its leading Retail POS System. Although a Hardware & Building Material Supplies store could be considered as a standard retail store, they do have specialised POS requirements. Roncut investigated a number of POS Systems before selecting the Access POS Software. Some of the main features that set our POS Software apart are as follows:

• A specialised “COD Delivery” module. This allows delivery orders to be entered into the POS System including customer details with delivery address, notes, complete product listing, outstanding balance payable etc. The order is then printed on a A4 size sheet which can then be given to the delivery driver. When the delivery driver returns with payment the order is then finalised at the POS. This POS Software feature keeps tight control of all your delivery orders.
• Customer / debtor accounts are easily catered for. Sales are entered into the POS as normal and can then be charged to account customers. Double receipts can be produced, one being for the customer and the other for signing by the customer and for the store to retain. Monthly statements can either be printed or emailed. Account credit limits can be set. Automatic discounting based on individual customer account and then by product category. This is a very powerful feature!
• Up to four price levels per item with “specials” pricing by preset date range. Product combo discount pricing is also catered for. ie. Buy one for $5.00 and two units for $8.00. Different items are also allowed.
• EFTPOS integration.
• Stock control by a basket of goods. ie. Put together a basket of different goods / stock items and sell it as one item. Eg. Gift wrap a hammer, packet of nails and a nail punch as a single selling item for father’s day. Our POS Software will correcting adjust the stock levels of each item within the “father’s day special”.
• Multiple selling units are catered for. Ie. The same stock item can be sold in varying stock units. Eg 6 pack, 12 pack etc
• Barcode Scanning.
• Allow A4 sized customer receipts.
• Wholesale POS Module to cater for multiple store owners. This feature facilitates the transferring of stock from the “main” receiving store.
