Newsagency POS Software - Newspaper & Magazine Home Delivery

Access POS offers a comprehensive newspaper and or magazine Home Deliveries software module that can either be purchased as standalone or fully integrated into our Newsagency POS Software.

New home delivery customers can be quickly setup from either the back office computer or by your POS operator. The entering of delivery data is made easy by the use of preset keys for publications. This preset information can be easily changed to suit your particular requirements.

The POS screen has a 'Customer Enquire' button allowing standing order alterations, stop / start entries, view and print customer history and or statements. In addition, account payments can be made by weekly amounts, to a date, to next Sunday, set amount, current balance and last statement balance. Naturally, standing order adjustments can be made as well.

When processing the daily run you can either view or print run sheets, stop / start and wrap lists. No charge and reverse runs can be done if required. Naturally, multiple runs are also accommodated.

Software License & Support

You can purchase the Newspaper & Magazine Home Delivery Software as either standalone or fully integrated into Newsagency POS Software.

If purchasing the Newspaper & Magazine Home Delivery Software as stand-alone, it is licensed by the number of computers in which it is to be installed. Hence, when ordering, the quantity needs to represent the total number of computers in which it is to be installed. ie. POS Computers / Terminals & Back Office (Administration) Computers.

If purchasing the Newspaper & Magazine Home Delivery Software as an integration to the Newsagency POS Software then you need to purchase the same number of Newspaper & Magazine Home Delivery Software licenses as the number of computers you are licensed for the Newsagency POS Software. ie. if you are licensed for four (4) computers then you would need to purchase four (4) Newspaper & Magazine Home Delivery Software licenses.

The pricing below includes the first 12 months Software License & Support plus installation services and training. Training time is not limited as it is covered under the Software License & Support agreement.
