Access POS is first to announce interface with Fairfax via XchangeIT

Synopsis: Access POS is pleased to announce that our newsagency POS customers will be the first to receive electronic magazine invoices from Fairfax who have taken over the distributorship of many magazine titles after the demise NDD Distribtion.
Access POS was informed by XchangeIT on Wednesday, 25 May 2011, that Fairfax will join Gordon & Gotch & Network Services in using the XchangeIT electronic commerce platform to issue electronic invoices and allow electronic returns via the Access POS Software to begin on 27 June 2011.
Fairfax requested various modifications to the current XchangeIT e-commerce specification which Access POS implemented with 24 hours and installed the same in a newsagency using the Access POS Software to allow Fairfax to trial their electronic invoices. We will add several newsagencies to the trial in coming days.
Existing newsagents using our Newsagency POS Software can login into the Access POS online help from the main menu of their software: Utilities > Access POS Online > Access POS - Online Help to view updated XchangeIT / Magazine Management instruction documents.
