We have been using our POS system for the past few days now and are very happy with the product. There is still much to learn, however, the cashiers out front have found the system very user friendly. We are also learning at the back office. Most of the inventory items and selling prices were taken up while John was here. We are currently entering costs into the system and have scheduled a full stock take to be done in two weeks by which time we will take up all inventory and costs into the system John did a great job while here and we look forward to having him over again for our next installation. The scales saved me when they arrived just after boxing day! We were absolutely packed! Record takings! Wouldn’t have done these numbers if I didn’t have the new scales. Their working a treat at the moment. Just need to work out a better place to put the PC. I’ve not had to change any pricing as yet. I have them all linked together with the data cables you supplied and installed a power point for the switch. |
