By linking the core Restaurant POS Software to XERO Accounting you will save time by avoiding the need to manually re-enter data into XERO Accounting Software. You may also reduce your bookkeeping or accountancy costs, cut mistakes and generally make better business decisions.

Linking your Restaurant POS Software to XERO Accounting allows the following data to be transferred to XERO, usually at the end of each days trade.

  • Daily sales summary by product and or service category. Cost of goods sold (COGS) and GST collected.
  • Customer Account Transactions (Accounts Receivable). Each individual transaction is sent. The customer's account details eg. name etc are also posted to XERO.
  • Invoices from Suppliers (Accounts Payable). Each individual transaction is sent. The suppliers account details eg. name etc are also posted to XERO.
  • Multi Store / Location reporting is also supported.

Software License & Support

You can not purchase the XERO Accounting Link Software Add-on as "stand-alone" ie. You must already have purchased a Restaurant POS Software license or you can purchase the XERO Accounting Link Software Add-on at the same time as the core Restaurant POS Software product.

You need to purchase the same number of XERO Accounting Link Software licenses as the number of computers you are licensed for the Restaurant POS Software. ie. if you are licensed for four (4) computers then you would need to purchase four (4) XERO Accounting Link Software licenses.

The pricing below includes the first 12 months Software License & Support plus installation services and training. Training time is not limited as it is covered under the Software License & Support agreement.
