Customer Loyalty

It's customer satisfaction that drives the success of your business. The Aloha Customer Loyalty module provides you with an extensive centralised database of information on all your customers, allowing you unlimited opportunities to track and reward them.

With up to 36 customised bonus plans, specific customer groups / demographics can be targeted with varying rewards based on spending / purchasing criteria. Rewards are either given in the form of real time discounts or automated coupon production for later redemption. New loyalty customers can be added from either the back office computer or from any POS terminal.

Home Delivery

Aloha offers a fully featured home delivery module, enabling customer search by name, phone number, company or magnetic card from any terminal within the system. Each customer record contains; Names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, anniversaries, map references, delivery instructions as well as a full purchase history right down to what topping they had on their pizza. The customer's previous order can be recalled at the POS saving valuable re-entry time. Dispatch and kitchen dockets contain your customers name, address, map references and special instructions to assist your drivers. To further enhance your customer's satisfaction, your home delivery database can be integrated to the Aloha customer loyalty program to reward those regular customers.

Kitchen Video

Aloha offers a comprehensive kitchen video ordering system that streamlines orders from the counter or drive-thru to your prep areas that will undoubtedly increase the speed, accuracy and quality of service you provide to your customers. The Aloha kitchen video system offers the following features: customisable screen layouts, consolidation of ordered items for quick order filling, video re-routing, bump orders out of sequence, different colours indicate order status, "group" set up capability so items can be seen at multiple locations, no stationary costs and lots more.

Property Management System (PMS - Hotel Charge Posting)

From POS to PMS, Aloha provides the missing link. Transactions are seamlessly posted to the property management system and daily charge reports are created for simple tracking by hotel accounting personnel. The Aloha PMS interface offers the following features: guest room validation status, verification of room assignments, auto posting in real time, complete audit trail, powerful reporting capabilities, guest status inquiry / charge posting from front or back of house, direct billing to individual or company addresses, customised guest checks and much more.

Inventory Control

Aloha's "state of the art" inventory package gives you the tools you have been looking for in controlling food and beverage costs. The inventory module maintains inventory levels, recipe ingredients, sub recipes, costs, competitive vendor bids, units of measure and multiple stocking locations. Suggested ordering provides recommended order quantity, selects a vendor on your criteria (preferred, best price), analyse vendor bids and generate purchase orders. Receiving is streamlined by converting purchase orders into receipts and updating inventory levels. Recipe modeling identifies menu item performance, helping you understand when to adjust prices or recipes. It can also assist you in back office off-menu recipe costing or for once off function menu costing.

"QuickCount" Inventory Control

Aloha's "QUICKCOUNT" module can best be described as a 'water down' of the full inventory module for those establishments that don't need all the gadgets that go along with a 'full blown' inventory system. "QUICKCOUNT" offers the ability to track single components of menu items as well as complete menu items, opening and closing counts, wastage, add and usage counts, carry over or reset inventory levels for the next business day, real-time inventory depletion, overage/shortage data, user defined units of measure for easy counting and all this can be done from the POS terminal itself. This is great news for those operators that simply don't have the time to be sitting in front of a back office computer for hours in a day.
