Access POS will be open on all business days over the Christmas and New Year period. Although many of our staff take a well earned rest, we maintain ”skeleton” staffing to provide support to our large POS System user base. Many of our customers find that the January “Sale Period” is their busiest trading period of the year; hence we feel that it is vital that they are supported by their POS provider.
Due to many of our competitors closing their doors for extended periods, we find many non-traditional “Access POS” retailers contacting us for technical support, cash register and POS printer paper rolls and ink and replacement POS hardware.
50% Tax Bonus Rebate finishes on 31 December 2009
We have seen one of our busiest trading periods over the last 2-3 weeks, mainly due to retailers taking advantage of the Federal Governments 50% Tax Rebate on POS Systems. If you are thinking of installing or updating your POS System, the time to do it is prior to 31 December 2009. You do not need to install the system prior to this date, just enter into an agreement / contract to purchase. Installation must be performed prior to 31 December 2010.
