Enviro Wash Cleans up with Access POS

Enviro Wash, located in the north-west Sydney suburb of North Rocks, is a high-tech car wash facility which utilises the latest environmental practices and equipment. Although not restricted to, Enviro Wash specialises in manicuring prestige cars.

Enviro Wash approached Access POS to supply and install a POS System for their full service cafe / restaurant. The management of Enviro Wash had spent some time looking at various POS Systems on the market. Although their requirements were not overly arduous, they did require a few not so common features that were not readily available in most POS Systems they looked at.

1. The Enviro Wash cafe had three distinct preparation areas: Sandwiches, Hot Food and Hot / Cold Beverages which included counter items like cookies etc. Since these prep areas were fairly close to each other, only a single POS order printer was wanted but they required a separate order docket for each of these prep areas if the customers order included the same. A common identifying order number also had to be printed on all dockets. A full receipt containing all items was also required for the customer.
2. The order numbering system required could not be sequential. It had to be ad-hoc but restricted to order numbers 1 to 40 and enforced for each order.

The solution: Aloha POS Quick Service Software. Australian distributor, Access POS, today installed the Aloha POS system. Enviro Wash management and POS operators alike were thrilled with the result.
